~~Cuke Salad~~

I LOVE this dish!


  • Two or three cucumbers.
  • "Real" imitation crab meat flakes (optional)
  • Chopped onion (I like red, but used white here.)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • White wine vinegar
  • Lemon juice
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Sugar (optional)
  • Salt  
As you know, I do not measure, but you've got a good eye and palette!  You can leave the cucumber rind on, peel it all off, or do something in between like I did here.  (It's art!)

Add the crab meat-like product if you opt in.  Add the rest of the ingredients.  Stir thoroughly and refrigerate.   This salad is immediately yummy, but even yummier after a couple of hours!
